22 years ago I became a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

Residential sales and rentals was my focus for most of those years. Along the way I got to mentor burgeoning successful agents.

As I was doing all that, I decided to take Broker Classes.

After teaching my first class, I realized I found "it" as Billy Crystal said in City Slickers.

Real Estate has been good to me as I refocused my direction within the industry.
